Handmade in Switzerland, each candle is crafted using 100% rapeseed wax, a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative for a clean, safe burn.
Every candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches, resulting in unique pieces that may feature subtle “imperfections” or variations in texture. These natural characteristics, such as bubbles or slight surface irregularities, celebrate the artistry of the handmade process rather than being considered flaws.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To make the most of your Farol candles and enjoy a clean, long-lasting burn, follow these simple steps:
Trim the Wick
Always trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting your candle. This prevents excessive smoke and ensures an even flame.
First Burn for Pillar Candles
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during the first burn to avoid tunneling.
Burn Safely
- Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface or a suitable holder for stability.
- Keep away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Taper Candle Tips
Use a snug-fitting candle holder to keep taper candles upright and ensure a drip-free burn.
Burn Time
- For pillar candles, burn for 2–4 hours at a time for optimal performance.
- Taper candles are best burned for 1–2 hours at a time to maintain their shape.
Extinguish Properly
Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid using water, which can cause splattering or damage the candle.
Storage Tips
Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, to preserve their color and structure.
End of Life
Stop using your pillar candle when 1 cm of wax remains. This helps prevent overheating and protects surfaces.
